That's What She Said

Our “Office” radar blipped out of control when we heard that there was a mashup of the rapper Lil’ Wayne and the theme song to the fantastic “Office” television show.  Rapper Lil’ Wayne joins the music from the show with a few sound bites from characters to meld one sweet song.

There’s some freaky stuff on the Internet but this video from the 70’s of a Belgian dude named Vader Abraham singing about Smurfs is hypnotic, disturbing, and simply awesome.

If the Smurf puppets singing “lalalalala” for 2 1/2 minutes isn’t enough to get you tripping in the first video we have a second video of the dude singing it live with some puppets. It’s Smurftastic

The generic auto-tuned hit by Ke$ha called “Tik Tok” gets a downright funny remake by Rucka Rucka Ali.

Although Rucka Rucka Ali claims to love the police, you wouldn’t guess that by this brilliant parody called “Go Cops.” It’s highly NSFW but so worth it for the laugh factor.

The guys at ATHF know how depressing the holiday season can be, so they have apparently decided to make it funny by releasing their very own Christmas album titled ATHF: Have Yourself A Meaty Little Christmas. The album has some of the classic songs you love (kinda) like “I’ll Be Home For Christmas”, “Feliz Navidad”, and “Silent Night”; as well as some new instant favorites such as “I Sure Hope I Don’t Have to Beat Your Ass This Christmas” and “Santa Left a Booger In My Stocking” featuring Neko Case. So whether you’re listening to this album while sipping cocoa with your family in front of the fireplace or having it piped in over the speakers at the local Zombie-Mart Megastore; we promise you’ll exchange WTF looks with the people around you and proceed to chuckle like you have a bowl full of jello.
For those who want to pick up your very own copy of ATHF: Have Yourself A Meaty Little Christmas just visit the Adult Swim Shop and let the funny begin. In the meantime, here are a couple of free streaming tracks for your listening pleasure.

Most people only know of Bobby McFerrin as the guy who sang that “Don’t Worry Be Happy” song. A slim few know of him as Bobby McFerrin; composer, conductor and all around musical madman (who also sang that “Don’t Worry Be Happy” song). Here he is at the 2009 World Science Festival showing off his special kind of madness by demonstrating the power of the pentatonic scale, using audience participation.

Bowling for Soup seems pretty happy about their Wena.

They even wrote a song about it. They also made a video featuring a woman dressed up as the Cleveland Indians mascot.

Needless to say, a song that may or may not be about a wiener dog is chock full of dick jokes.

Lily Allen is out promoting her new album with a show in London where she was wearing a super hot blue lingerie outfit.  Very nice!
