The long awaited movie trailer for the highly anticipated movie adaptation of the bottle of pancake syrup is finally out and the great folks at Conan have the exclusive first look.

Directed by Michael Bay’s college roommate and based on the book “Breakfast at Midnight” by Conan O’Brien, the action movie opens in movie theaters August 39th.

I can’t wait.

Jon Benjamin, known to you and me as H. Jon Benjamin or Coach McGuirk or Archer, is out promoting his newest series on Comedy Central called ‘Jon Benjamin has a Van.’

It turns out that Benjamin spent his years earning his wings in the business helping out none other than Conan O’Brien while that show was on NBC and before the ‘Tonight Show’ debacle.

In fact, The Daily Show is gaining huge ground and beating out the network shows like Leno and Letterman.  With Conan on a huge cable channel now, like Jon Stewart’s show, I hope that he is able to open up and be more free than he ever was on network TV.

So do your part and help out Conan as he makes his triumpit return to TV tonight.  Or watch Stewart or Colbert or Handler or Letterman. Just avoid Leno ‘cuz he’s a douche and you’re not 67 years old.

Here’s Conan O’Brien at the sound check for his show in Eugene playing Radiohead’s breakthrough single “Creep.”  We’re not sure if he dedicated it to Jay Leno or not.

It’s not surprising to see him back on TV. We’re just a little taken back by the channel.

Many considered the Fox Network to be Conan’s best bet or possibly even a syndicated show.  How about a trip to HBO to show up in their lineup with the likes of Bill Maher? HBO doesn’t really do nightly shows but we can wish.

But, it looks like TBS is the real winner here.  They will get a built in audience when Coco arrives this fall to challenge the 11 o’clock slot against Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show.”

Late-night mainstay Conan O’Brien is headed to TBS to resume his comedic duties with a talk show expected to debut in November, the network says.

The program will air Mondays through Thursdays at 11 p.m. Eastern, shifting TBS’ “Lopez Tonight,” starring George Lopez, to midnight.

Monday’s surprise announcement hit the same day O’Brien starts a two-month, nationwide comedy tour in Eugene, Ore., amid persistent reports that he was likely to claim Fox as his new late-night home. [via]

Conan O’Brien Introduces New Mascot

In preparation of the interview between the 2 television moguls, Oprah held a poll of her audience about their opinions on the Jay Leno/Conan O’Brien fiasco.

We asked viewers to weigh in on the Jay versus Conan controversy. About 80,000 of you responded to our Oprah.com poll. When asked whose side are you on, Jay’s or Conan’s, a staggering 96% of you said Conan. And 94% of you believe Jay should not go back to “The Tonight Show.” [via All Your TV]

Poking fun at Leno during this ordeal is ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel who immidtate Jay for an entire show as well as appearing on Jay’s 10PM turd-fest to answer some questions in a way on Jimmy can.

Jay pointed out to Oprah that he was sucker punched by Kimmel and was a strong trooper who would survive.  Of course, Jimmy is there to point out that Jay doesn’t know the correct meaning of ‘sucker punch.’
