Next On The History Channel! Japanese Fart Wars

Next On The History Channel! Japanese Fart Wars

Although I have yet to see this on Netflix or Hulu, I just know somewhere there is a documentary video on the History Channel about the Japanese Fart Wars of 1885. I bet Mike Rowe narrates it.

I don’t know the backstory of this war but it looks epic and I’m telling you right now, I’d be a warrior! I’d be the Taco Bell Commander of the 4th Airborne Division. My platoon could wipe out villages I tell you!

Plus, I think this would make a great DLC for Call of Duty. Ditch the Noob Tubes and rocket launchers. Let the soldiers got to battle with their butts. I’d pay for that. In fact, I’d actually buy it and gift it to friends.

Even though it might be considered classical art it’s a bit NSFW as, well, you know…it’s dudes farting. There are some twig and berries in there if you look closely and why wouldn’t you?

Mad Men Returns To AMC TV With The Best Of Roger Sterling

Mad Men Returns To AMC TV With The Best Of Roger Sterling

He’s crude. He’s crass. He’s… well, he’s Roger.

I personally cannot think of anyone who could replace the fantastic John Hamm as the damaged yet brilliant Don Draper on AMC’s Mad Men. The show returns (FINALLY!) to TV after almost a year and a half off and I am ready for my fix.

One of the best characters on the show is the surprisingly great Jon Slattery as Don’s former boss and now co-partner, Roger Sterling. If you haven’t been introduced to Roger yet let me just say he’s what you would be a fun guy to have a drink with. Don’t think I’d want him as a boss but I would love to kick back some drinks with the guy.

So to get primed for the big event this Sunday on AMC, where Mad Men returns with a 2-hour premier, here’s an epic gallery of the 50 Best Moments of Roger Sterling highlighting some of his best non-PC moments and one-liners.

The Hunger Games Game Is A Battlefield

The Hunger Games Game Is A Battlefield

I actually don’t know a lot about The Hunger Games. It’s a movie now. I’m told it’s a book and not some kind of amateur Olympics organized by Kony or The Invisible Children.

But after seeing the trailer for the new movie I looked up more info on it.

Running man bachman

First, I started by checking out the recent works of Richard Bachman. It actually turns out it’s not a sequel or remake of his Running Man so that means Arnie won’t be in it.  And I question how good the movie would be without Richard Dawson or Jesse Ventura in it.  I actually question that about every movie these days because you can’t really get enough of the bat-shit insane Ventura in a  movie.

Can you imagine a movie with Nick Nolte, Gary Busey and Jesse Ventura in it?  That would be so sweet and it would make a great buddy comedy seeing three old guys going back to college.  Think Back to School meets Old School.

Take my money now!

So, there that is. If anything it just shows I should go out and read more books that don’t have Dilbert or Get Fuzzy in bold print on the front.
