It’s hard to believe it’s been a year and a half since Call of Duty : Black Ops hit the shelves. Since then the COD franchise has seen a little activity but only in the form of map packs like the DLC’s for Black Ops and the world’s most expensive map pack, Modern Warfare 3.
But there’s a glimmer of hope for something different when Treyarch, the designer of Black Ops, released this trailer for the sequel to one of the best selling games of all time. I’ve been stuck in Battlefield 3 for awhile until that last patch threw up toll roads in the form of Rented Servers and became a haven of glitches and problems that are being ignored by the developer.
Shame, too. Used to be a good game.
So now the anticipation turns from grabbing the Battlefield 3 DLC’s, which I won’t do until EA/DICE fix their shit and it doesn’t look like they’re in a hurry to do so, to waiting to see if Black Ops 2 will be worth the hype.
