Well, maybe not. These aren’t your daddy’s zombies. AMC TV’s hit series “The Walking Dead” is coming back this fall and the first look at Season 2 is here. Yeah!
The network that scored success with the great shows “Mad Men” and “Breaking Bad” hit a ratings high with the zombie series based on the graphic novel. The first season of “The Walking Dead” aired last fall to the tune of 6 episodes. Not quite a full season as AMC tested the waters on the high concept series.
And it worked. The TV show found a nice audience and got renewed for a full Season 2. The only problem is that we have to wait almost a year as the series won’t pick up until around October. It’s alright, though. Good things come to those that wait and in this case we’re talking about zombies.
