Opening this weekend in theaters is the Zack Snyder (“300,” “Watchmen”) movie “Sucker Punch” which melds a comic book world with a video game world with a touch of Anime. It just reeks of geek and I for one am a bit excited for it to finally come out.
Despite the Smoking-hot babes with swords thing going on, I”m a bit cautious about the movie as early tracking has the movie taking a beating with such quips as “Wild, loud, fetishistically stylized, and…numbingly dull.”
Ouch!. Oh well, that’s what matinee tickets are for. Save some money but still catch a movie. I mean, how could you not with a poster like this!
