When the guys at Ball Tribe asked me to check out their site and give it a run through during beta tests I told them I would if they sent me some booze. Preferably Jack.
I’m easily bribed and they know I’m a huge sports junkie so I’m an easy target for things like this.
A few weeks ago I got my beta e-vite and was a bit excited. I love sports and I used to use a site called Ball Hype to find great stuff. That site went under awhile back and nothing is out there to fill the loss. Crazy! Why not?
I grabbed a few beers and a big, steaming pile of nachos topped with sour cream and jalapenos and began to look around. I then spill a bunch of cheese sauce on my desk and some of it dripped onto my pants. It was scalding hot and I screamed like a little girl. I do that.
After changing pants and applying a rather generous amount of aloe to the fresh wound, I began again. And then my Skype started to go off like crazy. Nothing important, just web master stuff. The guys at Guyism, BTW, would like you know about the top 8 Fast Food Items That Will Give You A Heart Attack.
Did I mention that I might have ADD? Also, here’s a recipe for corn dogs. I bought a mini-fryer last week and I made some homemade corn dogs and onion rings for dinner the night before.
Back at it again, I was able to find the site with no distractions this time. Until a friend sent me a link to Business Cat. That mofo’s hilarious!
Cats talking are awesome. Cats dressed up are just that much better.
OK. No more distractions this time. It’s time to check out the site. Crap, my nachos are gone and I’m out of beer. Time for a taco run.
I arrive sometime later with a large sack of tacos and grab a beer. What was I doing? Oh yeah, checking out the new Ball Tribe site. Too bad Wipeout is on. Have to catch it later. Ha! That dude just bit it big time.
Once I get my fill of people making fools of themselves by jumping into padded walls I remember there used to be this show on Spike about a Japanese TV show that a few American comedians would then go dub over with awesome bits.
That used to be one of my favorite shows. Nothing funnier on TV. I wonder what happened to it?

Pretty soon it’s getting late but there’s time to check up on the Ball Tribe site again. Until something happens. I learn I can make my own Business Cat! How frickin’ awesome!
Eventually I got around to checking out Ball Tribe. It’s cool and if you’re a sports fan you’ll be excited that there’s a cool site dedicated to gathering all the awesomeness of various sports sites and news and bringing it together for you in one sweet place. Even though I enjoyed it thoroughly, I do have one recommendation. They need a Business Cat meme generator.
