HBO has had a great season of TV. Although I just can’t bring myself to get behind “True Blood” (mainly because I find vampires the least interesting topic ever), the network has knocked a lot out of the ballpark. HBO’s latest drama to hit big is the prohibition based mob drama “Boardwalk Empire.”
Now watching the show you might not expect that it’s chock full of CG effects. You might have guessed that some work has been done to bring to life the Atlantic City of years past but give this video from the show’s CG artists, Brainstorm Digital, and you’ll be flat-out surprised at the amount of work put into the show. Even Nucky would be impressed at the sneaky work done by Brainstorm Digital.
