What would you do if you could time travel?
Personally, I would be like Biff from the ‘Back to the Future’ movies and take a sports almanac back with me and get rich. Unless I was a Timecop like Jean Claude Van Damme. Then I’d uphold the law and justice.

This short film is about a piece of footage that a fan named George Clarke found from behind the scenes in Charlie Chaplin‘s film ‘The Circus’.
Attending the premiere at Manns Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, CA – the scene shows a large woman dressed in black with a hat hiding most of her face, with what can only be described as a mobile phone device – talking as she walks alone.
George’s only theory is simple… it’s a time traveler on a mobile phone.
I like how George thinks. Check it out yourself and see what you think. Just don’t try to think about things like the nearest cell tower. I can just hear Doc Brown saying it now, “Marty. You’ll never guess where I am! Mann’s Chinese Theater to see Charlie Chaplin.”
My theory is that Charlie Chaplin was the time traveler and he must’ve brought someone back. I even found another video of Chaplin showing up in the future!

I found that the first functional wireless was discovered in 1879 in London, and the inventor was able to walk 500 feet from his base unit and hear voice conservation. This may be a similar device with someone testing it on the street. The website is as follows:

She’s an actor in Hollywood, man. she’s running lines for the play that she’s in later that night. dental care then wasn’t what it is now. she prolly has a chip of ice wrapped in a cloth. could be so many things other than a cell. you really built it up to make me think it was something.
In the days of black ‘n’ white tv, radio was far from dead.
First thing that occured to me was that she was listening to a portable radio.
I love the idea of this being a time traveler, but who the heck would said time traveler be talking to? Who else would’ve had a cell phone in 1928? Another time traveler with a mobile phone? Nope, there were no cell towers back then. Maybe she was just crazy.
Just because something is unexplainable doesn’t mean anything. It’s definitely not any sort of cell phone, nor is it a time-travller. The idea is completely ridiculous.
It’s like someone seeing a UFO, yes it is unidentified, but it’s not an alien spaceship. You might as well say that every unsolved murder was committed by an alien. Just because you can’t identify something doesn’t mean it was aliens, or time-travelers, or in this case a mobile phone.

As you can see from the link – the batteries are carried in the purse and the hearing device is held to ear – circa 1930.
I’ve certainly walked down the street mumbling to myself, and things like that. Or perhaps this elderly person has oromandibular dystonia.
If anything this just shows an elderly person with medical issues. Nothing else.
Maybe in 2030, the home time of the time traveler, they will not need cell towers.

This “person” even seems transparent. When she exits the left side of the zebra, you can see thru her.
don’t know if it is a hearing device or not but even if it is she/he is alone and not talking to anyone/anything but what is in it’s hand.plus look at the feet when walking,they bend at the tip of the toe not the ankle.either they have no toes or no concept of how shoes work and did the best they could to make it look normal.it could be some publicy stunt like dennis rodman wearing a dress but nobody caught on till now.people say ‘there are no cell towers in 1928″.true enough,but if you have whooped time travels ass a cell phone tower would be child’s play.that would be tought in kindergarden.i don’t wan’t to beleive it more than the next person but when something like this slaps you in the face and says ‘looky here ‘.what else you gonna do.we have been here way longer than everybody thinks and please don’t beleive me,check out this website. http://www.s8int.com/ i am a god beleiveing person and have faith in my lord and savior jesus christ.either something is wrong or satan has done one hell of a good job
