What goes up must come down.
It’s no secret that our beloved Tennessee Titans have been trying to break out of their losing streak. After a stellar 13-3 season in 2008, the Titans have made a complete turnaround and started off the 2009 season with 5 straight loses.
Since a first round loss to Baltimore in the 2008 playoffs, the Titans have yet to recover their winning ways. Missed opportunities, injuries and a lack of sizzle on offense now have the Titan’s looking down the barrel of a #1 draft pick instead of a playoff run as initially expected.
The only real issue at this point is whether there will be a QB switch between Collins and former first-round pick Vince Young. At least that gives us something to talk about in between thumpings on Sundays.
At this point in the season the Titans share a 0-5 record with Kansas City for the worst record in the AFC and that just downright sucks. No one wants to be compared to the Chiefs. It’s hard to believe it’s gotten that bad…
