Hailing a cab in New York City is an easy thing. Just step to the curb and raise your hand up and a taxi will pull up* to take you anywhere in the city. One guy on a bike sees this as a perfect opportunity to hand out some high fives.


High fives are great but no matter what, these dudes below will always be the high five kings.
