Our mothers never believed it but you can do worse than an “F” grade in school.  Lord knows we’ve tried.

For us, studying was never our strong suit. If we were to major in anything we should have gotten “A’s” in Couch Potato 101 and Pizza toppings 101. And we would have aced our Keg Stand final.

But one spoil sport in Canada has taken it a step further by issuing a grade worse than “F.” He’s shelling out “FD’s” to students, much like us, who spend most of their time wondering what that stain is on our t-shirt.

It used to be that the worst grade you could receive in school was an F, and that was bad enough.

But B.C.’s Simon Fraser University is taking punishment to a whole new level, introducing a grade of FD — meaning failure with dishonesty — the worst possible grade a student can receive.
