This dude had his car towed and faced an $88 fine to get it out of car jail. He decided to pay the fine in pennies. All pennies. Pure, legal tender, copper-coated pennies. All 8,800 of them.
The service didn’t want to take the pennies as payment, which was expected. So the cops were called in. 3 Tallahassee police officers came in and forced the wrecker service to take the money. Sweet!

Use pennies to pay IRS taxes, property taxes, seat belt tickets, etc. etc. etc.
Use 1984 +, though; the copper content of earlier pennies(P/O 1983 and earlier) carry higher value than a penny.
If they don’t like it, recommend that they write their congress critter – busy work!
