A recent letter to a tenant from the apartment management inquires about the man owning a dog, which is against the lease rules. If you think that your apartment neighbors are bad than this dude may or may not make you feel better. We say that because it’s hard to tell what’s really making all the noise in his unit.
It may or may not be 8 dogs that he is training for an upcoming sled dog race. It’s probably not the goldfish and it may or may not be the 17 cats.
One thing for certain, though. If it is the ducks in the bathroom it’s OK. The ducks are not his and they’ll most likely fly south this winter.
