Roids vs Pot: Alex Rodriguez vs Michael Phelps

Michael Phelps takes a hit from a bong in the above picture and his world turns into a soap opera. Because of the infamous picture seen above, Phelps now has lost endorsements like Kelloggs and Subway, which did take Phelps back after his official apology. He’s also been suspended for 3 months from swimming competitions. We think it’s funny that Subway would even consider dropping Phelps knowing that they help fend off the munchies for stoners nationwide. That’s why the Meatball Subs are so popular.
Now we see that Alex Rodriguez is being outed for testing positive for steroids in 2003 and his punishment will be….uh, nothing.
Alex Rodriguez’s name appears on a list of 104 players who tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs in Major League Baseball’s ‘03 survey testing, SI’s sources say. As part of a joint agreement with the MLB Players Association, the testing was conducted to determine if it was necessary to impose mandatory random drug testing across the major leagues in 2004.

Why is that test such a big issue? After all, it was in 2003, right?
The reason that 2003 is important is that was the year that solidified Alex Rodriguez in his big $ status. Alex Rodriguez won the American League MVP and led the majors in home runs in his final year as a Texas Ranger before signing that huge, multi-million dollar contract with NY.
A-Rod is now A-Fraud.
Have you met Barry Bonds?
Will A-Rod lose any of his endorsement deals because of the situation? We highly doubt it. Just goes to show you can cheat but just don’t take a hit from a bong. We have standards here!
