Japanese Watchmen Movie Trailer
Most of this theatrical trailer for the upcoming WATCHMEN movie is in Japanese but you’ll get the idea. This alternative trailer (see U.S. version here) shows us more of the background political elements of the story including Richard Nixon’s re-election, JFK, and some Soviet nuclear threats thrown in for good measure.
If you are unfamiliar with the legend that is the WATCHMEN graphic novel we highly suggest grabbing a copy and learning why many consider this work one of the most important graphic novels of all time. The movie version, directed by 300′s Zack Snyder, looks not to disapoint with its close following of the original Alan Moore epic.
WATCHMEN will also be released in IMAX, just like THE DARK KNIGHT, along with its major release on March 6th.
