Dave and Thomas are no strangers to a good melee.

Back when Dave and Thomas heard that Corey Haim and Feldman were hanging at the local IHOP after a Comic Con there was a stampede toward the pancake house which resulted in Dave getting racked on a bicycle stand and Thomas getting pushed into the bushes and getting all scratched up.

Now, the Playstation 3 is out and a whole new craze of nuts and nerds are flocking to electronics counters in search of one. Here’s a clip of a guy running into a flagpole trying to get into a Wal-Mart for a PS3. He claims he was pushed, as would anyone who got caught on tape doing this. Dave and Thomas think he should continue with his lawsuit and throw in BORAT and Lawrence Wenngrodd on there somewhere. That seems to be popular this week.
